Over the years I have owned several houses. Most of the mortgages I did myself as they are usually pretty straight forward. No big deal eh? Well, just imagine a lending institution that decides it doesn’t want to play by the rules, it’s not funny.

My mortgage was matured and they wanted an unreasonable rate to renew. What seemed to be simple, very quickly turned complicated and very stressful. Had it not been for Deb White with her cool calm attitude and experience; to make difficult seem simple and easy, I could have been in a very difficult legal and financial mess.
